Follow the steps below to submit your artwork for our upcoming auctions.
Step 1: Get in Touch
Begin by reaching out to us via email.

We will assign you an art specialist who will assist you at every stage of the selling process.
Step 2: Share Artwork Details
Send us clear, high-resolution photographs of the artwork along with the following details:
- Artist’s Name
- Title
- Medium (e.g., oil on canvas, mixed media, etc.)
- Size (in inches or cm)
- Year or approximate period of creation
Step 3: Submit Supporting Documents
To verify authenticity, please include:
- Certificate of Authenticity
- Provenance Certificate
- Any other relevant documentation in relation to the submitted artwork
In some cases, our specialist may request a physical viewing of your artwork.
Step 4: Artwork Evaluation
After submission, our internal research team and expert panel will evaluate the piece. Please allow up to 21 days for the review process to complete.
Step 5: Receive an Estimate
If approved, we’ll send you a proposed estimate price for your artwork based on our expert appraisal.
Step 6: Sign the Seller's Contract
Happy with the estimate? A formal contract will be prepared and sent to your address. Please sign and return it to our office in Kolkata, India.
Step 7: Artwork Pickup
Once the signed contract is received, we’ll arrange pickup of your artwork from your location to be transported securely to our auction hub in Kolkata, India.
Step 8: Auction Date Notification
The scheduled online auction date will be available on our website or shared directly by your art specialist.
Seller’s Commission
We charge a 10% Seller’s Premium (on the final hammer price) as commission for our services.
